Minutes of HOA Board meeting September 22, 2015
Meeting was called to order at 7:00pm. In attendance were

We reviewed the most recent financials and are pleased with our continued progress. We all agreed with the figures submitted to us by Cedar Management and voted unanimously to move forward in favor of the proposed budget.
It has been decided that we will continue with our current lawn maintenance company throughout the upcoming fall and winter months. However, we will work very closely with them communicating our needs and concerns to ensure that all our lawn maintenance needs are met to our community’s satisfaction. Our lawns will be plugged and seeded within the month. The installation of an irrigation system for the front entrance will be put on hold until next spring, however, any pictures and/or suggestions for our entrance plantings are welcomed. Ken has agreed to obtain an estimate for repairs on the fountain. Complaints and/or concerns should be sent directly to Cedar Management
The usual monthly violation drive thru conducted by Cedar Management has been without any concerns!!
It has been agreed upon to include our renters in certain areas of our e mail blasts concerning our neighborhood safety, parking, pet responsibilities, loitering and littering. Once again, we are asking everyone to make an effort to park in their drive way and/or available parking spaces. These spaces are not being utilized as they should…leaving too many cars on the street. There has still been many letters of concern about pet owners not cleaning up and dogs not being leashed. Also, a new concern has been brought to our attention. Cigarette butts are not being disposed of properly but simply tossed onto our streets. This is a form of littering, it is unsightly and a temptation for our dogs and children. Please do not litter!! It’s the law!
The chance of silent crime is always a concern. We will be contacting our local law enforcement asking to increase their visible presence in our neighborhood. In addition to this, please, do not hesitate to contact the police if you have concerns about activity in our (your) neighborhood.
The date for our January 2016 annual HOA meeting will be announced soon. We hope all of our neighbors make every effort to attend.
